Scope of this Policy

This policy explains how we handle personal information when you:

  • visit this website;
  • submit a contact form, quote request, newsletter sign-up, or lead modal on this site;
  • email, call, or chat with us about our services;
  • engage us for a paid book writing, editing, design, or publishing service.

This policy does not cover third-party websites or platforms that we may link to or distribute your book through (for example, Amazon KDP, IngramSpark, Apple Books, Kobo). Those platforms have their own privacy notices.

03

Information We Collect

Depending on how you interact with us, we may collect:

  • Identity & contact data β€” full name, email, phone, country/region, and details you voluntarily provide in a form or message.
  • Project data β€” manuscript details, genre, word count, timeline, budget indications, and other information needed to scope a project.
  • Billing data β€” billing contact details. Full card or bank details are handled by our payment processors and are not stored on our servers.
  • Communications β€” records of emails, call logs, SMS, and live-chat transcripts.
  • Technical data β€” IP address, device type, browser, referring URL, and session data collected by our hosting, analytics, and tag tools.
  • Marketing attribution β€” UTM parameters, Google Click IDs (gclid), and conversion signals tied to ads you may have clicked.

We do not intentionally collect sensitive data (race, religion, health, biometrics, political views) through this website. Please do not submit that type of information through our forms.

04

How We Use Your Information

We process personal information for the following purposes:

  • Respond to you β€” reply to enquiries and prepare written quotes or agreements.
  • Deliver the service β€” perform editing, design, production, and distribution setup; communicate progress.
  • Billing & records β€” invoice, collect payment, handle refunds, and maintain financial records required by law.
  • Service improvement β€” understand usage, diagnose issues, and improve content, pricing, and experience.
  • Marketing (with consent) β€” send service updates and newsletters you opted into. Opt out any time via the unsubscribe link.
  • Security & legal β€” prevent fraud and abuse; comply with law; establish or defend legal claims.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your personal data or the content of your manuscript to train third-party AI models.

06

Cookies & Tracking

We use cookies and similar technologies for the following categories:

  • Strictly necessary β€” session, security, form handling. Required for the site to function.
  • Analytics β€” Google Analytics and Google Ads conversion tracking so we can understand traffic and measure ad performance.
  • Advertisingβ€” Google Ads remarketing tags may record pages you visited so we can show relevant ads on Google's network.
  • Live chat β€” keeps your chat conversation alive across page loads if you open it.

You can disable cookies in your browser (some features may break). You can opt out of Google personalised advertising at adssettings.google.com.

07

SMS & Email Communications

If you check a consent box on a form, you may receive service-related or marketing messages by email or SMS. Message frequency varies and standard message / data rates may apply.

  • Email β€” unsubscribe using the link in any marketing email.
  • SMS β€” reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Opting out of SMS does not opt you out of transactional messages for an active project.
08

Who We Share Information With

We share information only where needed and under appropriate safeguards:

  • Service providers β€” hosting, email, analytics, live-chat, payment processing, accounting, CRM.
  • Retailer platforms β€” Amazon KDP, IngramSpark, Apple Books, Kobo, and similar, where you engage us to publish on your behalf. Those platforms then have the data under their own policies.
  • Professional advisers β€” legal, insurance, and audit partners when required.
  • Authorities β€” if legally compelled by subpoena or court order, or where necessary to protect rights, safety, or property.

We do not share customer lists, manuscripts, or contact details with other customers or unrelated third parties for marketing.

09

International Transfers

We are based in the United States. If you access our services from outside the US, your information will be transferred to and processed in the US, which may have different data-protection laws to your country of residence. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses with our providers.

10

Retention

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law:

  • Inquiry / lead data β€” up to 24 months after the last interaction, then archived or deleted.
  • Active customer records β€” duration of engagement plus 7 years to meet tax, accounting, and dispute-resolution obligations.
  • Marketing consents β€” until you withdraw consent or we stop the campaign.
  • Analytics logs β€” up to 26 months (Google Analytics default).
11

Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards appropriate to the nature of the data we hold, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), access controls, and background checks for staff with access to customer data. No system is 100% secure and we cannot guarantee information security over the internet. Notify us immediately if you believe your account or data has been compromised.

12

Your Rights

Subject to applicable law (GDPR, UK GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, and similar), you may have the right to:

  • access the personal information we hold about you;
  • request correction of inaccurate or incomplete information;
  • request deletion of your personal information;
  • object to or restrict certain types of processing;
  • withdraw consent where we rely on consent;
  • port your data to another provider in a common format where applicable;
  • lodge a complaint with your local data-protection authority (for example, the ICO in the UK or a state attorney general in the US).

To exercise any of these rights, email info@primepublishinghub.com. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.

13

Our services and website are intended for adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (under 16 in the EU/UK). If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, contact us and we will delete it.

14

Any examples, case studies, screenshots, or testimonials on this site describe past experiences of specific clients and are not a guarantee of future sales, rankings, reviews, media coverage, awards, or any other commercial outcome. Individual results vary and depend on many factors outside our control, including book quality, market conditions, and reader response.
