These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) are a legal agreement between you (“you,” “your,” or the “Customer”) and Prime Publishing Hub, a trading name of SYNOVA CANVAS TECH LLC(a USA-registered limited liability company with offices at 1979 Marcus Ave, New Hyde Park, New York 11040, USA). References to “we,” “us,” or “our” mean Prime Publishing Hub / SYNOVA CANVAS TECH LLC.

By using this website, submitting a form, sending an enquiry, or purchasing any of our services, you confirm that you have read and agreed to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, our Refund Policy, and our Disclaimer. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use the site or engage our services.

02

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a binding contract in your country of residence to use our services. By engaging us, you represent that you meet these requirements and that all information you provide is accurate.

03

Website Use

You may use this website for lawful, personal, and non-commercial enquiry purposes. You agree not to:

  • use the site in any way that breaches applicable law or regulation;
  • attempt to probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the site;
  • copy, reproduce, distribute, scrape, or create derivative works from our content without our written permission;
  • use automated systems (bots, crawlers, scrapers) except for search-engine indexing where permitted by our robots.txt;
  • impersonate any person, submit false information, or spam our forms.
04

Informational Content, Not Advice

Content on this site describes our services in general terms. It is not legal, financial, tax, medical, or professional publishing advice. You should not rely on site content for any decision without seeking your own qualified advice. A separate written service agreement will apply whenever you engage us for paid work.

05

Engagement & Scope of Services

We offer book writing, editing, design, formatting, distribution setup, and marketing support. The exact services, deliverables, timelines, revision rounds, and fees are confirmed in a written quote and service agreement issued before any work begins.

  • A quote is valid for the period stated on it (usually 30 days) and becomes a contract only when you sign and pay the deposit specified.
  • Changes to scope require a written amendment and may change fees and timelines.
  • Third-party costs (ISBN fees, platform listing fees, ad spend, print-run costs) are payable in addition to our service fees unless expressly included.
06

Customer Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • provide accurate content, assets, and approvals in a timely manner;
  • ensure that any material you send us (text, images, illustrations, audio, video) is original or properly licensed, and does not infringe a third party's rights, defame anyone, or break applicable law;
  • obtain permissions or consents required for the content of your book (for example, interviews, quotes, likeness releases, song lyrics);
  • review and sign off on proofs within the review window stated in your agreement. If you do not, we may treat the proof as approved at our reasonable discretion.

You indemnify us against any claim arising from content you supply that breaches a third party's rights or applicable law.

07

Intellectual Property

  • Your work, your rights. You retain full copyright of your manuscript, commissioned cover art, and every delivered file once the service is fully paid. You own the final book.
  • Our brand and website. All content on this website (text, code, layout, design, trademarks, logos, graphics) is owned by us or licensed to us. You may not copy, reproduce, or reuse it without our written permission.
  • Third-party trademarks. Names and logos of retailers (Amazon, Apple Books, Kobo, IngramSpark, and others) are trademarks of their respective owners. They appear on this site only to describe distribution channels we publish to on behalf of customers; they do not indicate partnership, endorsement, or affiliation.
  • Portfolio use. Unless you opt out in writing, we may reference the existence of a completed project (title, genre, date) in our portfolio, case studies, and marketing, but we will not reproduce the content of your book without permission.
08

Pricing & Payment

  • Prices on the website are in USD unless stated otherwise.
  • We may require a deposit or milestone payments. Remaining balances are due on the schedule stated in your agreement.
  • We accept the payment methods shown on your invoice. Chargebacks initiated without contacting us first may delay or forfeit your rights under our Refund Policy.
  • Late payments may result in suspension of work, recovery costs, and reasonable interest at the maximum rate permitted by law.
09

Cancellation & Refunds

Our refund eligibility, timelines, and non-refundable items are described in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

10

No Guarantee of Commercial Outcomes

Publishing outcomes (sales volume, royalties, rankings, reviews, awards, media coverage, distribution acceptance) depend on many factors outside our control, including book quality, market conditions, pricing, platform algorithms, and reader response. We do not guarantee any specific commercial outcome unless it is expressly written into a signed agreement. Any examples, case studies, or testimonials on this site describe past experiences of specific clients and are not a promise of future results.

11

Warranties & Disclaimers

We will provide our services with reasonable skill and care consistent with industry standards. Except for that commitment and any warranties that cannot be excluded under applicable law, the website and services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We disclaim all other warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, and uninterrupted or error-free operation.

12

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:

  • we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, including lost profits, lost sales, lost royalties, lost reputation, or loss of data, even if we were advised of the possibility;
  • our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to the website or the services will not exceed the total amount you actually paid us for the specific service giving rise to the claim in the twelve (12) months immediately before the claim arose;
  • nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited (for example, for death, personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud).
13

Third-Party Platforms

We may distribute your book to third-party retailers on your behalf (Amazon KDP, IngramSpark, Apple Books, Kobo, and similar). Those platforms set their own rules, fees, royalty rates, and policies. We are not responsible for platform downtime, listing delays, account suspensions, policy changes, or royalty-payment disputes initiated by the platform. Your commercial relationship for book sales is with those platforms, not with us.

14

Termination

Either party may terminate an engagement in accordance with the written service agreement. We may suspend or terminate your access to the site and/or services without notice if you materially breach these Terms, use the services unlawfully, or subject our staff to abusive or harassing conduct. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (IP, indemnities, disclaimers, limitation of liability) continue to apply.

15

Privacy & Communications

How we handle your personal information is explained in our Privacy Policy. By engaging us, you consent to receive service-related communications at the email address and phone number you provide. Marketing communications are only sent with your opt-in consent.

16

Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, fire, labour disputes, internet outages, public-health emergencies, government action, or third-party platform outages. If such an event continues for more than 30 days, either party may suspend or terminate the affected work with written notice.

17

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in New York County, New York, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts. If you are a consumer resident outside the USA, mandatory consumer-protection rights of your country of residence continue to apply.

18

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date above will change when we do. Material changes will be posted on this page. Continued use of the site or services after a change means you accept the revised Terms.

19

Entire Agreement & Severability

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, Disclaimer, and any signed service agreement between us, form the entire agreement between you and us on the subject. If a court finds a part of these Terms to be unenforceable, the remaining parts will continue in full force and effect.
